Police conduct warrant roundup

The Portales Police Department conducted a warrant roundup Saturday morning, serving 13 warrants for failure to appear in court or for drug-related charges, Deputy Chief Lonnie Berry said.

The Roosevelt County Sheriff’s Office and Eastern New Mexico University Police Department assisted.
