The Elida Tigers rallied from a seven-point halftime deficit to beat Grady 60-48 Friday afternoon in the Class B girls state championship game.
Magarita Ortiz scored eight of her 12 points in the fourth quarter when Eldia outscored Grady 26-8.
Reavis Best led Elida (26-3) with 24 points and 10 rebounds while Amanda Cross-Smith added 10 points and nine rebounds.
It is Elida's second girls state basketball title. The Tigers won the Class 1A crown 1995.
The Lady Tigers also won the Class B volleyball title this fall.
Brenna Thomas led Grady (21-10) with 18 poits and Mady Rush added 16 points and 11 rebounds.
