Lyons to remain PRC chairman

Clovis native Patrick Lyons will remain chairman of the New Mexico's scandal-tainted Public Regulation Commission (PRC).

The PRC voted unanimously Tuesday to re-elect Lyons and Vice Chairman Theresa Becenti-Aguilar.
