Order of DOES
The Benevolent Patriotic Order of DOES Clovis Drove 108 held their installation of officers Jan. 14. The Installation was completed by Deputy Supreme President Kaye Parrish, Deputy Supreme Conductor Linda Catanzaro, and Installing Chaplain Jean Hayes.
Incoming President Sandie Kitchens thanked all of her new officers for their willingness to serve with her this year and reminded everyone that by supporting the four cardinal principles of our order, “Patriotism, Charity, Loyalty, and Love”, the Drove will have another successful year. Honored guests in attendance were Supreme Conductor Kristy Marney and Clovis-Portales Elks Lodge Exalted Ruler Dean Marney.
Outgoing President Bonnie Bryant presented perfect attendance pins to Kristy Marney, LaDonna Martin, and Mary Garcia. Martha Aldrich was presented with the DOE of the Year pin and 5-year Conductor pin.
The next meeting will be Jan. 26 at 7:30 p.m. at the Elks Lodge.
