WT cancels final two days of event

CANYON, Texas — The final two days of a three-day event hosted by West Texas A&M were canceled due to cold and windy weather conditions.

Eastern New Mexico University's softball team went 2-1 in three games on Friday. The Zias (3-4) were to face Texas-Permian Basin and Oklahoma Panhandle State on Saturday.

ENMU returns to Canyon next weekend for the Lady Buff Classic.
