The following items will be on the agenda for the Roosevelt County Commission meeting at 9 a.m. Tuesday in the Commission Room at the county courthouse:
- Concerns regarding roadway.
- War Memorial Committee update.
- Regional Growth Management study presentation regarding scope of work.
- Approve a resolution declaring a fire danger emergency in Roosevelt County.
- Appoint road viewers to view proposed closure of Roosevelt Road AV, RR 1 North and RR 3 North.
- Appoint road viewers to view proposed closure of RR M between RR 9 and RR 10.
- Approval to contract with Ronny Fouts, CPA, to conduct Fiscal Year 2011-12 audit.
- Award a bid for rough stock equipment for Roosevelt County Event Arena.
- Award bid for chip seal aggregate for Road Department.
- Approve Law Enforcement Protection Fund (LEPF) application.
- Reports from elected officials/department heads.
