CNJ wins top Panhandle Press award

Clovis Media Inc. newspapers won big Saturday at the Texas Panhandle Press Association's 2013 Better Newspaper Contest in Amarillo, taking home 14 awards, six of which were top prizes.

The Clovis News Journal was honored with PPA's General Excellence award. The Clovis News Journal won five first place awards, two second place awards and one third place award.

The Portales News-Tribune racked up three awards and the Quay County Sun received two.
