PHS baseball, track postponed

Due to concerns over potential inclement weather, home events involving Portales High track and baseball squads were postponed on Tuesday.

The Barbara George Relays track meet has been rescheduled for Thursday, with field events beginning at 2:30 p.m. Meantime, the Rams' District 4-3A baseball doubleheader against Ruidoso has been moved to May 3, with the first game scheduled to start at 4:30 p.m.

Also, a makeup game against Texico from the Rams' early season tournament, which had been rescheduled for today, has now been canceled.
