Friday Roosevelt County Board of Commissioners special business meeting — 7 a.m., fifth floor conference room, 109 W. First, Portales. Commissioners will consider a resolution regarding the Endangered Species Act in open session. An executive session is scheduled in which they are expected to review applications for the county manager’s position, according to Commissioner Jake Lopez.
