Clovis health office honored
The National Research Corporation and Decision Health has named Interim HealthCare of Clovis a HomeCare Elite Top 100 winner for 2014. The Clovis office was named a top 100 out of 2,501 elite agencies across the country, according a press release from Interim HealthCare.
The winners were ranked by an analysis of performance measures in quality outcomes, best practices, patient experience, quality improvement and consistency and financial performance.
Jim Bullard, president and CEO of Interim HealthCare of Texas and New Mexico, stated in the press release, “The Clovis team headed by General Manager Twila Rutter and Director of Health Care Services Rakel Cockrell have gone over and above to achieve high quality home health care in Clovis. We are very proud of their efforts and this distinguished achievement.”
Interim HealthCare of Texas and New Mexico owns and operates 27 Home Health Care offices and 15 hospice offices. New Mexico cities include Clovis and Portales.
Local’s certification recognized
Ken Oswald of Plateau Telecommunications has been recognized as a certified safety and health official, according to a press release from the Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service.
The certification was presented Oswald by the extension service. Oswald’s certification is based on many years of experience and completing at least 237 hours of classroom training, the release said.
