Reported shooting not quite a shooting
On Friday, readers tipped to the newsroom there was a possible shooting incident on either Ross Street or the 800 block of Wallace on Thanksgiving Day.
The Clovis Police Department Public Information Officer said that a man called in and said he was shot, but police on the scene found out he was intoxicated and had an upset stomach.
Nobody was taken in.
