The following were booked into the Curry County Adult Detention Center on Tuesday:

• Leonard Carroll, 55, criminal trespass, assault upon a peace officer, criminal damage to property, resisting, evading or obstructing an officer.

• Dustin French, 22, probation violation.

• Francisco Lujan, 31, attempt to commit a felony, to wit: Receiving stolen property (dispose)(over $20,000), criminal solicitation to commit tampering with evidence (capital crime or first or second degree felony).

• Roshauna Shorty-Daniels, 25, criminal damage to the property of a household member (over $1,000), resisting, evading or obstructing an officer, assault upon a peace officer, warrant, failure to comply with conditions of release.

• Jerry Valles, 22, battery on a household member (third offense), criminal damage to the property of a household member (under $1000).

The following were released from the Curry County Adult Detention Center on Tuesday:

• Danika Baldwin, 25, time served.

• Ryan Bass, 29, time served.
