Candy Melt Cupcake Toppers
• Melt your choice of colors of candy melts in disposable decorating bag, according to package directions. Melt a second color separately in another disposable bag.
• Line cookie pan with parchment paper. Place a 3-inch circle cutter on parchment. Use the first bag, with the end cut out, to fill the center of the cutter about 1/8-inch thick.
• Use the second bag, also with the end cut out, to pipe horizontal lines on the first candy. Then use a toothpick to drag lines through the candy in alternating directions.
• Place the pan in the refrigerator for 8-10 minutes, or until toppers begin to set. Carefully remove the cutter. Carefully remove the topper from the parchment with angled spatula.
• Fill a disposable decorating bag with the round 2A tip and buttercream icing. Pipe a small mound on top of a cupcake and then place the topper on the cupcake.
