Marisa Pawelko is a designer and crafter, and she will show us how to make some easy and fun custom cuff bracelets using shape cutters from her collection. She’ll also show a wide variety of materials for making a bracelet. She owns her own business and lives in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico.

Power up! What makes breakfast the best meal of the day? Registered dietitian and author Pat Baird is going to answer this question and discuss how to determine what to eat at every meal. She represents a national milk campaign and lives in Greenwich, Connecticut.
Megan Thome is a former spokesperson for a company in Kansas City, Missouri. She’s going to show a variety of border-punched projects from scrapbook layouts to cards to home décor.
Information on decorating cakes with fondant and creating dimensional artwork for clothing will be the featured topics on “Creative Living” at noon on Tuesday and at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. (All times are Mountain).
Nancy Siler, director of consumer affairs with a baking company in Woodridge, Illinois, will demonstrate how fun and easy it is to decorate cakes with fondant.
Sewing expert and designer Barbara Crawford will show how to create dimensional artwork and attach them to clothing so they are permanent and washable. She owns her own company and lives in Houston, Texas.
Creamy Banana Walnut Oatmeal
• 1 cup 1 percent milk
• 2 packets instant oatmeal
• 1/2 ripe banana, mashed
• 1/2 Tbsp. chopped walnuts
In a small bowl, combine milk and oatmeal. Microwave on high for 1 to 2 minutes until steaming hot, but not boiling. Add mashed banana and mix until creamy. Garnish with walnuts.
