• 9:13 a.m.: Fraud ($500-$2,500 felony), 1300 block of North Prince Street.

• 9:31 a.m.: Failure to appear (felony), 200 block of North Pile Street.

• 9:45 a.m.: Fraud ($500-$2,500 felony), 1000 block of Cypress Street.

• 6:34 p.m.: Failure to appear (misdemeanor), North Prince Street and Lexington Drive.

The following were booked into the Curry County Adult Detention Center on Monday:

• Nichole Lujan, 19, battery, criminal trespass (unposted), bribery of a witness (threats) (false testimony) aggravated assault (deadly weapon), interference with communications, criminal damage to property (under $1,000), battery against a household member.

• Andres Chavez, 31, possession of marijuana (one ounce or less).

• Danny Ray Wilson, 54, probation violation.

• Gabino Tena-Castro, 48, driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor (impaired) (fourth offense).

• Nina Sanchez, 29, possession of controlled substance (felony-narcotic drug), tampering with evidence (third or fourth degree felony), trafficking controlled substance (distribution) (narcotic or meth) (second offense) possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Eugene Foster, 39, driving while license suspended or revoked.

• Matthew Jennings, 27, probation violation, first-degree murder (willful and deliberate) tampering with evidence (third or fourth degree felony).

• Jennifer Borden, 39, failure to appear at time and place stated in citation.

• Kenneth J. Pierre, 28, battery against a household member, possession of marijuana (one ounce or less), child abuse-negligently cause (great bodily harm).

The following were released on bond from the Curry County Adult Detention Center on Monday:
