• 1:03 a.m.: Shoplifting up to $500, 1200 block of West Seventh Street.

• 1:59 a.m.: Criminal damage up to $1,000, 800 block of Edwards Street.

• 8:15 a.m.: Failure to comply with conditions of release, 800 block of Mitchell Street.

• 8:19 a.m.: Larceny up to $500, 2900 block of North Thornton Street.

• 9:01 a.m.: Child abuse, abandonment.

• 9:33 a.m.: Criminal damage, 1000 block of North Hull Street.

• 9:45 a.m.: Child abuse, abandonment.

• 10:35 a.m.: Failure to comply with conditions of release, 200 block of North Pile Street.

• 1:08 p.m.: Larceny up to $500, 2200 block of West Grand Avenue.

• 2:04 p.m.: Shoplifting up to $500, 2200 block of West Grand Avenue.

• 2:43 p.m.: Reckless driving, Seventh and Wallace streets.

• 2:47 p.m.: Shoplifting up to $500, 1500 block of East Mabry Drive.

• 3:17 p.m.: Larceny up to $500, 2200 block of East 14th Street.

• 3:36 p.m.: Leaving scene of crash with property damage, 3000 block of Elizabeth Court.

• 6:39 p.m.: Runaway, 900 block of Rencher Street.

• 7:21 p.m.: Theft of identity, 700 block of Ross Street.

• 8:14 p.m.: Possession of marijuana under 8 ounces, El Camino and Alamo.

The following were booked into the Curry County Adult Detention Center on Monday:

• Don Ruben Crespin, 27, altering or changing engine or other numbers, resisting, evading or obstructing an officer, driving on suspended or revoked license, possession of marijuana (1 ounce or less), possession of drug paraphernalia, trafficking controlled substances (possess with intent) (narcotic or meth) (first offense), battery against a household member, failure to pay fines.

• Luis Garcia, 25, driving under the influence of liquor (impaired) (first offense).

• Allison Michael, 20, embezzlement ($250 or less).

• Patrick Martinez, 28, battery against a household member, resisting, evading or obstructing an officer (service of process), criminal damage to the property of a household member (under $1,000), child abuse-negligently cause (no death or great bodily harm), false imprisonment.

• Joel Gomez, 22, driving under the influence or liquor (impaired) (first offense).

• Ray Judas Gomez, 43.

• Kevin Vogt, 61.
