What’s your favorite memory of high school? One of my favorites was the bonfires before the homecoming games. The music and atmosphere of hanging out with friends was memorable.

Who is your favorite teacher and why? I don’t know if I had one favorite. One of my favorites was Mrs. (Jacque) Berry, because we always did some kind of weird, crazy science experiment in her class. Another of my favorites was Mr. (Buddy) Lowrance, because he’s a great guy. I love his personality. My other favorite is Mrs. (Jennifer) Kelley, because I loved learning French, her personality and the atmosphere in her classroom.

If you got one do-over for high school, what would it be? I don’t know if I would do anything over. I liked everything just the way it was.

Future plans: I plan to attend the University of New Mexico and major in hospitality management. I’ve already taken several advance classes that would allow me to start as a sophomore.

What do you want to be able to say at the 10-year reunion? I want to be able to say that I got the job I sought, that I’m enjoying it and have started a family.
