Tuesday:

• 5:13 p.m.: Resisting, evading obstructing police officer, 2600 block of Duckworth Avenue.

• 7:12 p.m.: Animal bite, 2100 block of North Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.

• 7:13 p.m.: Burglary, 1600 block of Axtell Street.

• 7:58 p.m.: Battery.

• 8:52 p.m.: Failure to appear, 300 block of Kathie Drive.

The following were booked into the Curry County Adult Detention Center on Tuesday:

• Jonathan Lee Carver, 33, driving while license suspended or revoked, no insurance, contempt of court.

• Tony Chavez, 27, probation violation, possession of a controlled substance (felony-narcotic drug).

• Timmothy James Williams, 19, probation violation.

• Natalia Gallegos, 21, warrant failure to appear, battery against a household member.

• Fernando Dominguez, 40, warrant failure to appear, attempt to commit a felony, to wit: Forgery (make or alter), escape or attempt to escape from jail, warrant failure to comply with probation/violation.

• Robert Gonzales, 36.

• Benito Chavez, 37, shoplifting ($100 or less), resisting, evading, obstructing an officer.

• Cynthia Delgado, 30, warrant failure to appear.

• Francisco Bautista, 45, warrant failure to appear, contempt of court.

• Deann Ritch, 42, warrant failure to appear.
