• 9:51 a.m.: Failure to pay fines, 1600 block of Sheldon Street.

• 9:53 a.m.: Failure to appear (felony), 100 block of Edwards Street.

• 10:03 a.m.: Probation violation, 900 block of South Prince Street.

• 10:45 a.m.: Embezzlement ($500 - $2,500), 100 block of East Second Street.

• 11:35 a.m.: Probation violation, 1500 block of East Seventh Street.

• 3:42 p.m.: Criminal sexual penetration.

• 4:22 p.m.: Larceny up to $500, 1500 block of East Mabry Drive.

• 4:45 p.m.: Arson.

• 5:06 p.m.: Possession of methamphetamines.

• 5:35 p.m.: Careless driving, 14th and Sycamore streets.

• 7:20 p.m.: Dueling.

• 7:25 p.m.: Runaway.

• 8:12 p.m.: Burglary (residence), 1600 block of Brady Avenue.

The following were booked into the Curry County Adult Detention Center on Thursday:

• Shelby Sanders, 24, assault upon a health care worker (threat or menacing conduct), resisting, evading or obstructing an officer.

• Tademy Willie, 34, stopped vehicles not to interfere with traffic, resisting, evading or obstructing an officer, aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or any drug.

• Britini Chavez, 33, possession of a controlled substance (felony-narcotic drug), failure to appear at time and place stated in citation, warrant contempt of court.

• Audra Vaugh, 44, possession of a controlled substance (felony-narcotic drug), possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Joel Sanchez, 45.

• Lissa Lopez, 25, no driver’s license, no proof of insurance, concealing identity.

• Celestino J. Lopez, 32, arson (over $250), resisting, evading or obstructing an officer.
