• Franklin Clifford, 38, failure to appear on misdemeanor charge.

• Cedric Johnson, 21, probation violation, possession of burglary tools, criminal damage to property (under $1,000), possession of drug paraphernalia, non-residential burglary.

• Jerry Tapia, 23, warrant failure to appear.

• Patricio Ortegon, 44, criminal damage to property (under $1,000).

• Monique Sierra-Simmons, 26, failure to pay fines.
