• 8:08 a.m.: Criminal damage up to $1,000, 900 block of East 21st Street.

• 8:36 a.m.: Criminal damage up to $1,000, 1400 block of North Prince Street.

• 8:36 a.m.: Unlawful taking of a motor vehicle, 100 block of West 12th Street.

• 8:52 a.m.: Breaking and entering, 3500 block of Adenmor Court.

• 9:07 a.m.: Burglary, aggravated, 900 block of East Llano Estacado Boulevard.

• 3:23 p.m.: Larceny up to $500, 900 block of Mitchell Street.

• 2:57 p.m.: Battery on a household member.

• 5:22 p.m.: Larceny over $500, 600 block of Corrales Road.

• 5:44 p.m.: Runaway.

• 6:32 p.m.: Shoplifting up to $500, 2000 block of North Prince Street.

• 7:09 p.m.: Failure to appear (misdemeanor), 3700 block of North Prince Street.

• 7:39 p.m.: Shoplifting, 2200 block of West Grand Avenue.

The following were booked into the Curry County Adult Detention Center on Wednesday:

• Dennison Chavez, 37, interference of lawful hunting - first offense, driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or any drug (.08 or above), driving while license suspended or revoked, expired registration plate, no proof of insurance, impeding traffic, warrant failure to appear.

• Imari Cavazos, 19, probation violation.

• Anthony Haskins, 43, warrant failure to appear.

• Darren Morgan, 23, warrant failure to comply with probation/parole, criminal solicitation to commit criminal sexual penetration in the third degree.

• Jesus Uribe, 48, battery against a household member, violation of restraining order prohibiting domestic violence.

• Meranda Herring, 31, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance (felony - narcotic drug), child abuse- negligently cause (no death or great bodily harm).

• Bryan Garcia, 42, warrant failure to appear, trafficking controlled substances (possess with intent) ( narcotic or meth) (first offense), possession of a firearm or destructive device by a felon, possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Andres Garza, 20, distribution of marijuana.

• Emily Cordova, 33, battery against a household member.

• Kisty Gartner, 45, warrant failure to appear.

• Riley Phillip Behrns, 23, criminal damage to property (under $1,000).

• Fredrick R. Baca, 34, possession of marijuana, resisting, evading or obstructing an officer, battery upon a peace officer, warrant failure to appear, registration of sex offenders; providing false information; second and subs offense.
