• 9:08 a.m.: Failure to appear (misdemeanor), 200 block of North Pile Street.

• Duffy Simmons, 38, battery against a household member, disorderly conduct.

• Devorian D. Acy, 21, probation violation.

• Robert Rivera, 26, probation violation.

• Joseph Pedroza, 20, aggravated burglary (armed after entering), larceny (over $500 but not more than $2,500).

• Alicia Marie Rippetoe, 28, probation violation.

• Jesse Perez, 19, conspiracy to commit aggravated assault (with intent to commit a felony), kidnapping (in the first degree), conspiracy to commit kidnapping (in the second degree).
