• 10:03 a.m.: Criminal damage up to $1,000, 900 block of Rencher Street.

• 11:52 a.m.: Improper backing/limitation on backing, Seventh and Mitchell streets.

• 12:16 p.m.: Careless driving, 3900 block of Weston Street.

• 12:54 p.m.: Unlawful taking of a motor vehicle, 1800 block of Debra Street.

• 2:36 p.m.: Failure to comply with conditions of release, 200 block of North Pile Street.

• 3:59 p.m.: Driver to be licensed, 2300 block of North Whippoorwill Way.

• 6:19 p.m.: Battery, aggravated (felony).

• 7:09 p.m.: Shoplifting up to $500, 2600 block of West Seventh Street.

• 8:00 p.m.: Criminal damage up to $1,000, 800 block of North Main Street.

• 9:19 p.m.: Failure to appear (felony), 700 block of West Seventh Street.

• 9:04 p.m.: Animal bite, 400 block of North Johnson Street.

• Eddie Rodriguez, 28, failure to appear on misdemeanor charge, probation violation.

• Caleb Pender, 22, resisting, evading or obstructing an officer (service of process), possession of drug paraphernalia, restricted license violation.

• Daniel Hernandez, 46, probation violation.

• Nikolas Molina, 19, shoplifting (over $100).

• John Montes, 24, failure to appear on misdemeanor charge.

• Stormy D. Kerby, 34, contempt of court.

• Justin Brewer, 25, receiving / transferring stolen motor vehicles (first offense).

• James Foster, 40, contempt of court.

• Billie Patrick, 35, shoplifting ($250 or less).

• Roberta Vega, 20, battery upon a peace officer, resisting, evading or obstructing an officer, possession of drug paraphernalia, tampering with evidence (misdemeanor or petty misdemeanor).

• Andrew Jaramillo, 33, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of controlled substance (one ounce or less) (first offense), robbery, extortion, aggravated battery (deadly weapon), conspiracy to commit armed robbery, aggravated assault (deadly weapon).
