• 8:39 a.m.: Larceny up to $500, 600 block of Dixie Road.

• 9:42 a.m.: Burglary (residence), 3100 block of North Main Street.

• 11:04 a.m.: Battery.

• 1:48 p.m.: Failure to appear, 200 block of North Pile Street.

• 3:16 p.m.: Assault, 1200 block of North Lea Street.

• 3:23 p.m.: Fraud (less than $100), 1000 block of Martin Luther King Jr., Boulevard.

• 5:49 p.m.: Burglary (commercial), 1500 block of West Seventh Street.

• 6:46 p.m.: Battery, 1100 block of Sycamore Street.

• 8:33 p.m.: Shoplifting up to $500, 1000 block of Mitchell Street.

• 8:33 p.m.: Failure to appear (misdemeanor), 700 block of Mitchell Street.

• 9:53 p.m.: Burglary (auto), 400 block of Almond Tree.

• Dillon Reed, 19, receiving stolen property (dispose) (over $2,500).

• Joshua Phillips, 28, aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or any drug (.16 or above), careless driving (careless, inattentive or imprudent).

• Dennis Fite, 72, failure to appear at time and place stated in citation.

• David Rodgers, 37, warrant failure to appear.

• Delbert Kinney, 48, warrant failure to appear.

• Delia Lugo, 37, failure to vaccinate.

• Dustin Fite, 35, failure to appear at time and place stated in citation.
