• Desarey Martinez-Shields, 24, embezzlement, $250 or less, concealing identity, failure to appear on misdemeanor charge.

• Ruby Nguyen, 27, failure to register vehicle, no driver’s license.

• Ryder Ledbetter, 22, battery.

• Skyler Romero, 20, attempt to commit a felony, to wit: Breaking and entering, concealing identity, failure to yield, failure to display registration plate, no proof of insurance, no driver’s license.
