The following were booked into the Curry County Adult Detention Center on Tuesday:

• Frankie Owen, 33, failure to appear on misdemeanor charge, failure to pay fines.

• David Rodgers, 37, possession of marijuana (one ounce of less), possession of drug paraphernalia, dangerous drugs, conditions for sale, possession of a controlled substance (felony-narcotic drug), possession of a controlled substance (felony-narcotic drug), possession of drug paraphernalia, warrant failure to appear.

• Aaron Cook, 41, registration of sex offenders, providing false information; second and subs offense (added 7/1/05).

• Jose Benabe Salazar, 49, warrant failure to comply with conditions of release.

• Antonio Salguero, 30, warrant failure to appear.

• Ignacio Gamez, 25, expired registration plate, no proof of insurance, no driver’s license, warrant failure to appear, failure to pay fines.

• Markel Kinnebrew, 23, failure to appear on misdemeanor charge.

• David Fallis, 23, possession of marijuana (more than one ounce).

• April Lucero, 30, no seat belts.

• Darrell Morgan, 32, aggravated assault (deadly weapon), aggravated battery (no great bodily harm).

• Joseph Sandoval-Gallegos, 23, probation violation.

• Hollie Vargas, 42, assault (attempted battery).

• Reuben Perez, 28, probation violation.

• Nonato Padillo, 47, assault (unlawful acts, threats or conduct), criminal damage to property (under $1,000).

• Amanda Andrade, 20, failure to pay fines, warrant failure to appear.

• Ben Jones, 54, contempt of court, failure to appear at time and place stated in citation, failure to renew registration.
