• 7:53 a.m.: Criminal damage over $1,000, 800 block of Rencher Street.

• 8:10 a.m.: Criminal damage over up to $!,000, 100 block of Pinion Avenue.

• 3:51 p.m.: Possession of marijuana.

• 3:16 p.m.: Battery on a household member, 1000 block of Davis Street.

• 6:10 p.m.: Improper backing/limitation on backing, 1000 block of North Martin Luther King Jr., Boulevard.

• 7:37 p.m.: Shoplifting up to $500, 2200 block of North Main Street.

• William Guillermo Sandoval, 47, out of state fugitive.

• Bernabe Guthrie, 53, trafficking controlled substances (distribution) (narcotic or meth) (second offense).

• Joe Gutierrez, 43, aggravated assault (deadly weapon), receiving stolen property (dispose) (over $250).
