The following were booked into the Curry County Adult Detention Center on Tuesday:

• Jolene Mowrey, 29, possession of a controlled substance (felony - narcotic drug), possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Billie Davis, 51, driving under the influence of liquor (impaired) (first offense), child abuse- intentional (no death or great bodily harm).

• Michael Smith, 34, driving on suspended or revoked license, failure to have operating tail lamps, operating vehicle without required headlamps, driving under the influence of liquor (.08) (second offense), distribution of marijuana, contempt of court.

• Christopher Grabowsky, 30, larceny ($250 or less).

• Eric Paul Mims, 52, parole violation, careless driving (fulltime and attention), no driver's license.

• Christopher Blackman, 40, out of state fugitive, possession of controlled substance, (felony - narcotic drug).

• Travis Dain, 32, possession of marijuana or synthetic (one ounce or less) (first offense).

• Brandon Bernal, 19, failure to appear on misdemeanor charge, criminal trespass, resisting, evading or obstructing an officer.

• Luis Carlos Gonzales, 24, shoplifting ($250 or less), failure to appear on misdemeanor charge, criminal trespass.

• Woodrow Wyatt Nease, 20, attempt to commit a felony, to wit: Robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery, contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

• Earl Cash, 48, license or registration required.

• Dawn Brown, 30, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance (felony - narcotic drug).

• Nathania Nathan, 43, no driver's license.

• Isaiah Luke Carver, 23, armed robbery.

The following were released on bond from the Curry County Adult Detention Center on Tuesday:

• James Pierce, 43.

• Frankie Owen, 33.
