• Andres Jurado, 27, receiving / transferring stolen motor vehicles (first offense), possession of marijuana or synthetic (one ounce or less) (first offense), possession of a controlled substance (felony - narcotic drug), possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting, evading or obstructing an officer.

• Amy Sizemore, 35, unauthorized use of theft of the card of another, computer access with intent to defraud or embezzle (over $2,500).

• Michael Fernau, 34, failure to register vehicle, no insurance.

• Michelle Rainey, 43, concealing identity.

• Kelly Michelle Brightly, 43, contempt of court, possession of a controlled substance (felony - narcotic drug), possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Floyd Cherry, 56, driving under the influence of liquor (impaired) (first offense), failure to maintain traffic lane.

• Reynaldo Delgado, 31, driving under the influence of liquor (.08) (second offense), racing on highways, reckless driving).

• Kenneth M. Archuleta, 24, aggravated assault upon a peace officer (deadly weapon).

• Gloria Gale, 61, possession of a controlled substance (felony - narcotic drug), possession of marijuana (one ounce or less).
