• 9:56 a.m.: Fraudulent use of a credit card over $500, 1300 block of Dartmouth Street.

The following were booked into the Curry County Adult Detention Center on Friday through Sunday:

• Kimberly Jaramillo, 50, shoplifting ($250 or less), failure to appear at time and place stated in citation.

• Trenton Gutierrez, 26, assault against household member, criminal damage to property (under $1,000).

• Andrew Roldan, 30, possession of a controlled substance felony - narcotic drug).

• Efrain Raymond Trevizo, 25, resisting, evading or obstructing an officer (service of process).

• David C. Saiz, 35, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance (felony - narcotic drug).

• Benito Chavez, 38, larceny (over $250).

• Marvin Soromen, 48, driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or any drug (.08 or above).

• Chastity Dominguez, 23, failure to appear on misdemeanor charge.

• Eustacio Nevarez, 29, driving while license suspended or revoked, failure to display registration plate, failure to appear on misdemeanor charge.
