• 7:43 p.m.: Failure to yield stop sign, 4800 block of North Norris Street.

• 8:15 a.m.: Motor vehicle theft-auto, 700 block of Laurelwood Drive.

• 8:29 a.m.: Failure to appear (misdemeanor), 200 block of North Pile Street.

• 9:33 a.m.: Failure to appear, Pile and Fourth streets.

• 12:25 p.m.: Battery on a household member, 1500 block of Reid Street.

• 12:53 p.m.: Failure to appear (felony), 700 block of Seventh Street.

• 5:19 p.m.: Larceny up to $500, 300 block of Hinkle Street.

• 5:29 p.m.: Burglary, 800 block of North Edwards Street.

• 7:49 p.m.: Probation violation, 800 block of Mitchell Street.

The following were booked into the Curry County Adult Detention Center on Thursday:

• Tristan M. Martin, 26, failure to appear on misdemeanor charge, brining contraband into jail, making false report, possession of a controlled substance (felony-narcotic drug), possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Misty Salinas, 43, contempt of court, failure to appear misdemeanor charge.

• Jody Childerss, 30, aggravated battery on a household member (fourth or subsequent offense), possession of a controlled substance (felony - narcotic drug), possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting, evading or obstructing an officer, shoplifting ($250 or less), no driver’s license, possession of drug paraphernalia, warrant failure to appear.

• Richard Rees, 26, failure to appear on misdemeanor charge.

• Ruben Perez, 29, probation violation.

• Amanda Davalos, 30, probation violation.

• Matthew Jennings, 27.

• Randy C. Valderas, 28, probation violation.

• Veronica Garcia, 29, contempt of court, possession of a controlled substance (felony-narcotic drug).
