Monday

• 7:43 a.m.: Criminal damage up to $1,000, 500 block of Maple Street.

• 8:26 a.m.: Probation violation, 3300 block of Cesar Chavez.

• 8:35 a.m.: Larceny up to $500, 900 block of North Prince Street.

• 3:37 p.m.: Larceny over $500, 1500 block of Wallace Street.

• 4:31 p.m.: Failure to appear, 800 block of Mitchell Street.

• 4:33 p.m.: Shoplifting, 3700 block of North Prince Street.

• 9:49 p.m.: Failure to appear (felony), 800 block of Mitchell Street.

The following were booked into the Curry County Adult Detention Center on Monday:

• Joshua McLaurin, 18, probation violation.

• Danny Ray Wilson, 55, contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

• Fernando Yazzie Black, 39, probation violation.

• John D. Diaz, 32, receiving stolen property (receive) (over $250).
