Tuesday

• 4:52 a.m.: Breaking and entering, 2800 block of East Seventh Street.

• 7:09 a.m.: Concealing identity, 100 block of Edwards Street.

• 7:52 a.m.: Failure to appear, 200 block of West Fourth Street.

• 8:13 a.m.: Battery on a household member, 500 block of Thornton Street.

• 8:39 a.m.: Criminal damage over $1,000, 100 block of North Pile Street.

• 11:49 a.m.: Burglary (commercial), 3600 block of East Mabry Drive.

• 1:58 p.m.: Fraud ($500 - $2,500), North Village Drive.

• 2:00 p.m.: Improper backing / limitation on backing, 100 block of East Grand Avenue.

• 3:39 p.m.: Criminal damage up to $1,000, 600 block of Sunland Drive.

• 5:46 p.m.: Shoplifting, 400 block of West 21st Street.

• 7:04 p.m.: Shoplifting, 1400 block of West Seventh Street.

The following were booked into the Curry County Adult Detention Center on Tuesday:

• Charlie A. McBride (Martinez), 30, trafficking controlled substances (distribution) (narcotic or meth) (first offense), trafficking (by possession with intent to distribute), conspiracy to commit trafficking (by manufacturing), contempt of court.

• Michael Archibeque, 27, trafficking controlled substances (distribution) (narcotic or meth) (first offense), possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana (one ounce or less), driving on suspended or revoked license.

• Antoinete Trejo, 24, contempt of court.

• Christopher Garcia, 29, driving while license suspended or revoked, no proof of insurance, improper use of evidences of registration.

• Danny Espinoza, 41, concealing identity, resisting, evading or obstructing an officer (service or process), failure to appear on a felony charge, warrant failure to comply with conditions of release, resisting, evading or obstructing an officer (service of process), concealing identity, disorderly conduct.

• Ruben Segovia, 25, child abuse- negligently cause (no death or great bodily harm), battery against a household member.

• Franco Louella, 43, driving while license suspended or revoked.

• Joel Sanchez, 46, possession of a controlled substance (felony - narcotic drug), concealing identity.

• Selestino J. Owen, 34, contempt of court, criminal damage to property (under $1,000), attempt to commit a felony, to wit: Breaking and entering.

• Manuel Ronquillo-Salazar, 19, great bodily injury by vehicle, reckless driving.

• James Dimes, 48, shoplifting ($100 or less), possession of a controlled substance (felony - narcotic drug), possession of drug paraphernalia.
