Chipotle to open Jan. 31

CLOVIS — Chipotle Mexican Grill intends to open its Clovis location Jan. 31, according to a release from the company.

The restaurant is located at 3501 N. Prince St., Suite A, where it shares a building with Buffalo Wild Wings.

Hours will be 1:45 a.m.-10 p.m. daily. The store will be the chain’s fifth location in New Mexico.

The closest Chipotle is currently in Lubbock, with two locations.

Opened in 1993, Chipotle features more than 2,000 locations.
