Chipotle opening set for Feb. 23

CLOVIS — The opening of Chipotle is finally near after projected opening dates in December and January never came to pass.

Company representatives said the restaurant is set to open Feb. 23.

“We’re thrilled to open the first Chipotle Mexican Grill in Clovis, New Mexico,” said Chipotle Marketing Strategist Ashely McCollum in an email statement. “We’re especially looking forward to making it easier for Clovis residents to enjoy our fresh food made with high quality ingredients. We can’t wait to see everyone on grand opening day.”
