ENMU briefs - Feb. 23

ENMU hosting saxophone quartet

The New Jersey Saxophone Quartet, led by Frank Mazzeo, will perform at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 23, in Eastern New Mexico University's Buchanan Hall in the Music Building on the Portales campus.

The free concert will last about an hour and include a variety of classical and jazz.

The performers, from New Jersey and Pennsylvania, have performed at ENMU three times previously. This concert will provide different repertoire from earlier years.

Members of the quartet often change due to availability and location.

ENMU professor Richard Schwartz, originally from New Jersey, will perform with the quartet.
