Sunglass season has sprung

’Tis the season for sunglasses galore. This is one of my most favorite accessories for spring and summer next to earrings. I just love a great pair of sunglasses to add the final piece to any look for any occasion.

This spring offers everything from your classic favorites to whimsical designs from Roberto Cavalli, Miu Miu, Fendi and more (if you dare to come out of pocket). There are so many looks to choose from. You may not know what's trending from one moment to the next, but rest assured, you don’t have to spend hundreds of dollars for your favorite pair of sunglasses.

If you do your homework, there are really great sales on these looks but there are also budget-friendly pieces that mirror some of the same designs.

The first frame favorite is the round circular frame. They're not your round frames from the 70s. The new round frame has a variety of funky colored lenses and fancy framework for an updated look.

Another fun frame to play with this summer are transparent in all shapes. A thick clear plastic is a fashion favorite this season.

The feline look is still going strong with cat eye shapes. This look is classically glamorous and will make you feel confident. Whether you're into the oversized, small or edgy, the cat eye frame not only comes in varied styles but looks great on any face.

Finally, if you’re daring to add some extra flare to your look, go with an oversized and geometric style frame. The more interesting the shape with a pop of bright color, the better. This exaggerated frame may not be for daily wear but is the last touch you need if you’re looking to be a bit more dashing on the scene.
