CCC to host transfer fair
Clovis Community College will host a college transfer fair 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Wednesday in the college’s commons area.
Students have the opportunity to meet with representatives from Eastern New Mexico University, Lubbock Christian University, New Mexico Highlands University, Texas Tech University, University of New Mexico, University of the Southwest, Wayland Baptist University (both Plainview and Clovis campuses) and West Texas A&M University.
The event is open to all students, faculty and community members.

Brown to hold registration
Brown Early Childhood Center in Portales will hold registration 9 a.m.-2 p.m. April 25-26.
Children entering Pre-K must be 4 years old before Sept. 1, and children entering kindergarten must be 5 years old before the same date.
Parents need to bring their child's original birth certificate and a current immunization record when they register. Enrollment packets will also be available for parents to complete.
A brief assessment of early readiness skills will be administered to children registering for kindergarten.
