About 30 groups braved the heat to participate in the 22nd Relay for Life.
Cancer survivors lead the Relay at the Clovis/Curry County Relay For Life at Ned Houk Park.
CLOVIS - What this year's Relay for Life may have lacked in turnout was made up for by the energy and enthusiasm of its attendees, braving the beating Saturday sun to walk, run and stand together in the fight against cancer.
