• Tye Jordan, 23, battery against a household member, criminal damage to property, possession of marijuana, tampering with evidence

• Jayson Fenn, 40, distribution of marijuana

• Aaron Autrey, 21, concealing identity, driving while license is suspended or revoked, no insurance, expired registration

• Lisa Lopez, 26, failure to appear for misdemeanor, failure to pay fines

• Jerry Hemmerling, 37, assault against a household member

• Catrina Parker, 35, battery against a household member

Portales

• Christian Alexander Dickerson, 26, second aggravated DWI, two counts of leaving the scene of an accident involving damage to a vehicle, open container on person in motor vehicle, failure to yield, use or possession of drug paraphernalia

• Benjamin Fierro, 30, driving under the influence of liquor, driving the wrong way

• Tami Lin Ludlow, 43, bench warrant for failure to appear on charges of issuing a worthless check
