• Alex Romero, 63, driving while license suspended, no proof of insurance, no seat belts

• Patrick Bartlett, 46, failure to register vehicle, no insurance, false evidence of title and registration

• Angela Harvey, 40, probation violation

• Reynaldo Sanchez-Ornales, 36, failure to appear

• Isaac Lopez, 40, failure to appear

• Adrian Loya, 24, assault against a household member, resisting, evading or obstructing an officer

• Alton Smith, 48, possession of a controlled substance, driving while license suspended or revoked, no drivers license

• Aaron Chavez, 21, probation violation

Portales

• James Vernon Devenport, 26, unlawful use of an ATM card (two counts), unlawful use of an ATM card (conspiracy), resisting, evading or obstructing an officer (two counts)

• Sylvia Looney, 36, driving while license suspended or revoked, reckless driving

• Rita A. Sigala, 23, bench warrant, out of state fugitive (two counts)

• Timothy K. Skinner, 22, hold for other agency
