PORTALES — Eastern New Mexico University’s Board of Regents met briefly Monday morning to sign documents necessary for the college’s continued operation.
Board President Dan Patterson said during a telephonic meeting that the resolution authorizes “the president and the vice president for business affairs to sign contracts, grants, and other agreements, brought about because we now have a new president.”
Jeff Elwell became ENMU’s 10th president this month.
