ALBUQUERQUE — Hannah Dahl and Emma Gevelhoff scored 14 minutes apart, and Eldorado added to Clovis’ rough stretch in District 2-6A play with a 2-0 win Saturday afternoon.
Eldorado (6-7-1, 3-2-1) dominated the stats sheet offensively in handing Clovis its third-consecutive defeat in district play. The Eagles had nine shots on goal to Clovis’ four, and had all four corner kicks.
Clovis (7-6-2, 1-3-2) led in saves 7-0 and direct kicks 9-3.
The Wildcats visit Manzano on Tuesday at 3 p.m.
