CLOVIS — The Eastern Plains Council of Governments will hold a special meeting this morning to discuss the potential sale of three different properties EPCOG owns.
EPCOG has received an offer from the J.L Gray Company and will discuss at the meeting whether or not to sell its three rental properties, Executive Director Sandy Chancey said.
The properties are the Ruth Visage Apartments in Portales, the San Jon Estates in San Jon and the Rio Pecos Estates in Santa Rosa.
Discussion on the sale of the properties will be done in executive session and is the only item on the agenda for the special meeting.
The special meeting is set to begin at 10 a.m. at EPCOG’s office at 418 N. Main St. in Clovis.
