Pyle re-elected as insurance board chair

SANTA FE — Curry County Manager Lance Pyle was re-elected as chairman of the New Mexico County Insurance Authority Workers’ Compensation Pool Board of Directors at the group’s semi-annual meeting in Santa Fe last month, according to a news release from Curry county administration.

The Workers’ Compensation Pool, founded in 1987, provides workers’ compensation insurance and loss prevention services for its 31 member counties.

Pyle is the director of District 2, representing Colfax, Union, Mora, Harding, San Miguel, Guadalupe, Quay and Curry counties.
