Filmmakers and fans once again flocked to Santa Fe for the 17th annual Santa Fe Film Festival, which concluded Monday after six days and screening over 20 films.
This year’s festival was pushed back to February to coincide with New Mexico Film Week, a week-long celebration of all things film and television that included workshops, panel discussions, and the inaugural New Mexico Film & TV Hall of Fame awards ceremony.
The festivities wrapped up on Monday with the 12th annual New Mexico Film and TV Day where industry professionals gathered with legislators in the Roundhouse to thank them and ask for their continued support, according to Jon Hendry with Shoot New Mexico, a marketing and advocacy group for New Mexico film.
