CMS hires new AD, basketball coach

CLOVIS — Familiar names have been selected to fill leadership roles in athletics at Clovis Municipal Schools.

Lonnie Baca, a longtime coach and teacher at CMS, was named athletic director.

Jaden Isler will be the Cats’ new boys basketball coach after leading Elida girls to four state titles.

CMS also on Thursday announced it’s hired Carissa Caroland as director of health services and Tori Teague as principal at Barry Elementary School.
