Monday: Breakfast — Pancake sausage on a stick. Lunch — Spaghetti w/meat sauce, garden salad, mini carrots w/ranch, orange smiles, whole wheat roll.

Tuesday: Breakfast — Mini donut. Lunch — Turkey and cheese croissant, veggie dippers w/ranch, fresh apple.

Wednesday: Breakfast — Frudel. Lunch — Beefy mac and cheese, seasoned green beans, veggie slices w/ranch, chilled pears, whole wheat roll.

Thursday: Breakfast — Banana bread. Lunch — Chili cheese fries, fresh broccoli w/ranch, fres fruit, cookie.

Friday: Breakfast — Mini waffle. Lunch — Pepperoni pizza, garden salad w/ranch, applesauce, fresh fruit.

• Breakfast includes 100 percent fruit juice, fresh fruit, milk, choice of cereal, toast or graham cracker. Salad bar offered daily.

Clovis Middle

Monday: Breakfast — Mini waffle. Lunch — Choice of spaghetti w/meat sauce, pizza, chicken chef salad, cheeseburger/hamburger, burrito, spicy chicken sandwich with garden salad, mini carrots w/ranch, chilled pears, garlic roll.

Tuesday: Breakfast — Mini donut. Lunch — Choice of turkey and cheese wrap, pizza, ham chef salad, cheeseburger/hamburger, corn dog, spicy chicken sandwich, baked fries with tater tots, celery stix w/ranch, fresh fruit, cookie.

Wednesday: Breakfast — Pancake sausage on a stick. Lunch — Choice of beefy mac and cheese, pizza, taco chef salad, cheeseburger/hamburger, deli sandwich, spicy chicken sandwich, baked fries with seasoned green beans, veggie slices w/ranch, Jello, fruit, whole wheat roll.

Thursday: Breakfast — Bean burrito. Lunch — Choice of chili cheese fries, pizza, turkey chef salad, cheeseburger/hamburger, BBQ porky rib sandwich, spicy chicken sandwich, baked fries with fresh broccoli w/ranch, fruit, whole wheat roll.

Friday: Breakfast — French toast. Lunch — Choice of chicken and cheese burrito, pizza, fajita chef salad, cheeseburger/hamburger, spicy chicken sandwich, baked fries with seasoned pinto beans, garden salad w/ranch, chilled pineapple.

Monday: Breakfast — Biscuits and gravy. Lunch — Spaghetti w/meat sauce, bosco sticks, salad.

Tuesday: Breakfast — Breakfast pizza. Lunch — Ham and cheese hoagie w/shredded lettuce, pickles, blacks olives, chips, oranges.

Wednesday: Breakfast — Cheese quesadilla w/sausage crumbles. Lunch — Super nachos, pork and beans, celery sticks, grapes.

Thursday: No school

• Alternative breakfast includes cereal, toast w/jelly. Milk served with every meal.

Portales Elementary

Monday: Breakfast — French toast, raisins. Lunch — Pizza, carrots, salad w/tomatoes, peaches.

Tuesday: Breakfast — Pancake on a stick, applesauce. Lunch — Hamburger, lettuce/tomato, fries, pineapple.

Wednesday: Breakfast — Cream cheese bagel, apples. Lunch — Chicken legs, macaroni and cheese, green beans, mixed fruit.

Thursday: Breakfast — Cheese-filled breadsticks, bananas. Lunch — Chicken tenders, mashed potatoes w/gravy, roll, pears.

Friday: Breakfast — Cereal, cheese stick, raisins. Lunch — Chicken sandwich, baked beans, broccoli, peaches.

Portales Secondary

Wednesday: Breakfast — Cream cheese bagel, apples. Lunch — Chicken legs, macaroni and cheese, green beans, mixed fruit or chili dog, fries, mixed fruit.

Thursday: Breakfast — Cheese-filled breadsticks, bananas. Lunch — Chicken tenders, mashed potatoes w/gravy, roll, pears or green chile enchiladas, Spanish rice, refired beans, salad w/tomatoes, pears.
