Tuesday: Breakfast — Pancake sausage on a stick. Lunch — Popcorn chicken, mashed potatoes w/gravy, baby carrots, pasta salad, chilled mixed fruit.

Wednesday: Breakfast —Bean and cheese burrito. Lunch — Macho nachos, seasoned pinto beans, garden salad w/ranch, fresh fruit.

Thursday: Breakfast — Maple waffle. Lunch — Meaty mac and cheese, steamed broccoli, chilled peaches, whole wheat roll.

Friday: Breakfast — French toast. Lunch — Cheese fajita quesadilla w/salsa, seasoned pinto beans, mini carrots, celery stix w/ranch.

• Breakfast includes 100 percent fruit juice, fresh fruit, milk, choice of cereal, toast or graham cracker. Salad bar offered daily.

Clovis Middle

Monday: Closed

Tuesday: Breakfast —Pancake sausage on a stick. Lunch — Choice of soft tacos w/salsa, pizza, ham chef salad, cheeseburger/hamburger, corndog, spicy chicken sandwich, baked fries with seasoned pinto beans, seasoned corn, fresh fruit.

Wednesday: Breakfast — Bean and cheese burrito. Lunch — Choice of double cheeseburger, pizza, taco chef salad, cheeseburger/hamburger, deli sandwich, spicy chicken sandwich, baked fries with lettuce/tomato/pickles, fresh apple, cake.

Thursday: Breakfast — Maple waffle. Lunch — Choice of teriyaki beef fingers, pizza, turkey chef salad, cheeseburger/hamburger, BBQ porky rib sandwich, spicy chicken sandwich, baked fries with scalloped potatoes, steamed broccoli, chilled mixed fruit, whole wheat roll.
