Monday: Breakfast — Skillet frittata. Lunch — Chicken nuggets, ranch mashed potatoes, steamed veggies, chilled mixed fruit, whole wheat roll.

Tuesday: Breakfast — Mini cinni’s. Lunch — Porky ribn on a bun, baked fries, seasoned green beans, fresh fruit.

Wednesday: Breakfast — Breakfast bread. Lunch — Roasted drumstick, garden salad w/ranch, seasoned corn, chilled pears.

Thursday: Breakfast — Waffles. Lunch — Meaty mac and cheese, steamed broccoli, chilled peaches, whole wheat roll.

Friday: Breakfast — Bean and cheese burrito. Lunch — Chicken noodle soup, toasted cheese sandwich, baby carrots, fresh broccoli w/ranch, chilled mixed fruit.

• Breakfast includes 100 percent fruit juice, fresh fruit, milk, choice of cereal, toast or graham cracker. Salad bar offered daily.

Clovis Middle

Monday: Breakfast — Hot ham and cheese on a bun. Lunch — Baked pork chop, pizza, popcorn chicken chef salad, cheeseburger/hamburger, burrito, spicy chicken sandwich, baked fries with au gratin potatoes, seasoned green beans, applesauce, whole wheat roll.

Tuesday: Breakfast — Cinnamon roll. Lunch — Choice of red chile enchilada casserole, pizza, ham chef salad, cheeseburger/hamburger, corndog, spicy chicken sandwich, baked fries with refried beans, spanish rice, chilled pears.

Wednesday: Breakfast — Breakfast bread. Lunch — Choice of boneless buffalo wings on a hoagie, pizza, taco chef salad, cheeseburger/hamburger, deli sandwich, spicy chicken sandwich, baked fries with coleslaw, chilled mixed fruit.

Thursday: Breakfast — Bean and cheese burrito. Lunch — Choice of teriyaki beef fingers, pizza, turkey chef salad, cheeseburger/hamburger, BBQ porky rib sandwich, spicy chicken sandwich, baked fries with scalloped potatoes, steamed broccoli, chilled mixed fruit, whole wheat roll.
